VINES
A blend of 70% Malbec, 15% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes with an average yield of 60 hl/ha.
The grapes are harvested by hand at the end of March.
WINE MAKING
Cold maceration for 3 days followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled tanks at 26-28°C with 3 pump-overs per day.
TASTING NOTES
A ruby red colour. This wine has a fruity character, with notes of red berries and cherries. Very gentle on the mouth, with sweet tannins. Great combined with grilled steaks, lamb, pasta with tomato sauces and pizzas.
