VINES

100% Chardonnay with a yield of 60 hl/ ha Harvest is performed in mid February. Machine harvested.

WINEMAKING

Skin maceration for 8 hours. Followed by fermentation with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures of 14°C- 16°C.

TASTING NOTES

Yellow light in colour. Very elegant citrus aromas of grapefruit and pears. The palate it is crisp and refreshing with a good complexity and lots of finesse.
Perfect with fish, seafood, sushi and our traditional Empanadas.
