VINEYARD LOCATION

VINES
100% Torrontés with a yield of 70 hl/ ha. Harvest is performed in mid March. Machine harvested.
WINEMAKING
Skin maceration for 4 hours. The must is than fermented with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature of 14°C- 16°C.
TASTING NOTES
Delicate aromas of white flowers, lychees with a touch of lime that adds a delicious freshness to this summer wine.
On the palate it is elegant and well balanced. Best served with “Empanadas”, spicy dishes, thai food and seafood.
