VINEYARD LOCATION
Lujan de Cuyo, Mendoza
VINES
100% Chardonnay with a yield of 45 hl/ ha. Harvest took place at the end of February. Hand-harvested in small trays of 20 kg in order not to damage the grapes. Meticulous sorting is performed by hand prior to vinification in order to select the best grapes.
WINEMAKING
Fermented in stainless steel tank at controlled temperatures of 14-16°C, followed by a long period of lees contact.
TASTING NOTES
On the nose, it is a fresh and fruity wine with lovely aromas of tropical fruits, and citrus. The palate is fresh but also unctuous and it has very good structure. Complex in the mouth with a long and elegant finish.
